Facebook.com shortened URLs
So I missed out on facebook.com/apocrypha. Although I wouldn’t have actually taken it, I’d rather know that it is free than have some girl dressed as sailor moon with it.
I got my own name though, and that’s very nice. Favourites so far are facebook.com/Default.aspx and www.facebook.com/index.aspx. Many that I expected to be gone are still not taken, like facebook.com/Satan but I have a feeling those are disallowed somehow.
I also know a bunch of people who have yet to jump on this at all, get on that internet friends!
Shaving my face more often
Over the past few weeks I’ve noticed that my facial hair is growing a tiny bit faster and I need to shave twice a week instead of just once. As a blond man this concerns me. That is all.
Dropping some TV Shows
They’re taking up too much of my time, so I’ve decided to drop some TV shows. On a normal Monday night I’m up til about 1am catching all of the shows that I watch. Monday is way too busy for TV.
So I’ve decided that I’m going to stop watching The Big Bang Theory. It’s fun, I like it, I just don’t think it’s worth my time anymore. I know the premise, I like the jokes, but they all seem rather repetitive. Star trek reference, physics quip, computer pun, rinse, repeat, end with nerdy guys not getting hot girls. I get enough of that myself, thank you very much. So I won’t be seeing season 3 of TBBT.

Broken Picture Telephone
Remember that telephone game as a kid? One person would start a message and then whisper it to the next kid and eventually it would morph and change based on how they heard it? Now imagine doing it on the internet but instead of whispers you use text and pictures, alternating back and forth. That is exactly what Broken Picture Telephone is.
